The Utility Technician is responsible for the safe loading and unloading of raw materials, finished goods, production and handling equipment. Duties include following SOP’s to ensure critical process steps are completed timely, safely and in the sequence required to support the company ERP system and other plant functions. This role has a split shift Monday-Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
The Associate Project Engineer is responsible for the overall design and execution of both large- and small-scale capital projects at Encapsys. The incumbent develops the capital appropriation request (CAR) and all support documentation to provide accurate information on Cost, Schedule, Safety, Risk, and Resource requirements. The Associate Project Engineer works directly with R&D, Safety HSE, and Process Design teams and external resources to design and scale-up processes for development and commercialization initiatives. The incumbent must be able to work at the Portage, Wis., production facility, as may be required by project work.
This position is a working manager, responsible for commercializing new products and equipment and acting as technical resources to operations, helping to ensure the success of product launches, revenue growth and superior quality. The role has active interactions with process design, research and development and operations.
This position is responsible for implementing processes, scaling up products, monitoring daily quality and process trends, and leading investigations into issues that occur on assign product lines.
