The Warehouse Technician is responsible for the safe and accurate handling of raw and finished goods/materials, production and material handling equipment. Duties include packaging and accurately labeling finished goods, following SOP’s to ensure critical process steps are completed timely and in the sequence required, and support other plant functions as directed. This position is on 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. The hourly wage increases to $16.50/hour upon the completion of training, which is typically about 4-6 weeks.
The Senior Scientist is to lead and manage development of complex product solutions for identified customer needs, either independently or part of a larger team, on the lab, pilot plant, and production scales. They must work collaboratively with internal / external customers and cross functional teams to gain customer insights, gather customer needs, and safely develop prototype products.
This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus! The Laboratory Technician position is responsible for the sample collection and testing, and data recording activities for finished goods and raw materials to ensure customer requirements are met. The role works closely with Process Leads and Process Operators to communicate issues and aids in resolving issues. The hours of this position are Monday-Friday 11:30pm-7:30am. Benefits include up to 3 weeks vacation in the first year, 12 company paid holidays, and eligibility for an annual bonus based on a percentage of earnings!
The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the overall design and execution of both large- and small-scale capital projects at Encapsys. The incumbent develops the capital appropriation request (CAR) and all support documentation to provide accurate information on Cost, Schedule, Safety, Risk, and Resource requirements. The Senior Project Engineer works directly with R&D, Safety HSE, and Process Design teams and external resources to design and scale-up processes for development and commercialization initiatives. The incumbent must be able to work at the Portage, Wis., production facility, as may be required by project work.
The Plant Supply Chain Manager is accountable for all Supply Chain processes at the Portage Plant to ensure on time delivery to our customers. This position reports to the Corporate Supply Chain Manager with dotted line reporting to the Plant Manager. This position has direct reporting responsibilities for 2-3 Buyer/Scheduler positions with dotted line responsibility for 2-3 other associates within the Supply Chain team.
